Aluminium hydroxide used as artificial marble/artificial agate filler

Production of artificial agate or artificial marble with aluminum hydroxide and unsaturated polyester resin or methacrylic resin. Since the lead hydroxide has a refractive index (refractive index of 1.57) and the polyester resin is very close to the refractive index, so that man-made products with translucent, satisfactory visibility. And can produce different colors, patterns of artificial products. Artificial products relative to natural products have many advantages, low cost, light weight, not easy to crack. Can be made into a variety of colors, specifications of the products, making artificial marble widely used high-grade sanitary ware, kitchen decoration, conference table, plates, decorative panels and so on. Generally, the aluminum hydroxide used in the production of artificial agate and artificial marble has the characteristics of high degree of self (> 95%), good crystal form and moderate particle size (d50 = 50um or 70um).
